At La Maison Atelier, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale and vintage items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described.
Exchanges
- We're happy to exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info.la.maisonatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
